01Who we are

Effective date: . Subelo Distro (“Subelo”, “we”, “us”) is a music distribution service. We deliver your releases to stores and streaming services and pay you the royalties they earn. These terms cover subelodistro.com, the Subelo artist app (dashboard, account and release upload) and the public artist pages and release links we host. Our address: .

Sending your music to stores is also covered by our Artist Distribution Agreement. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to all three.

02Your account

• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password, so keep your email account secure. Anyone who can open your email can sign in as you.
• Use your real email and accurate artist details. One account per artist or team. Don't share or sell accounts.
• You must be at least to use Subelo. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including releases submitted from it.

03Plans and prices

Plans, prices and limits are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and billed yearly.

• Subelo Free costs $0. It includes up to 20 releases or 40 tracks over the life of the account (whichever comes first), delivery to all stores on our current list, and you keep 80% of royalties (Subelo keeps 20%).
• Paid plans (Solo, Plus, Label) deliver to the same stores and keep 100% of royalties. Paid plans are not on sale yet. Choosing a paid plan in the app today does not charge you or change your account.
• Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds:
• We may change prices or plans in the future. If a change affects a plan you pay for, we will tell you before it takes effect.

04Royalties and payouts

Stores report and pay royalties several months after streams and sales happen, so earnings usually show in your account about 3 months later. We update balances and pay monthly. You can request a payout once your balance reaches $20. Full payout terms are in the Artist Distribution Agreement.

05Uploading and releasing music

When you submit a release, automatic checks run first, then a person at Subelo reviews it and the owner approves it before we deliver it to stores. We may ask you to fix things or decline a release. The details, including content rules, royalties and takedowns, are in the Artist Distribution Agreement.

06Using Subelo fairly

Don't use Subelo to:

• upload music, artwork or names you don't have the rights to;
• pretend to be another artist, person or label;
• buy or fake streams, or break the law or the rules of the stores we deliver to;
• get into other people's accounts, or try to break, overload or scrape the site;
• send spam or harmful files.

We may pause or close accounts that do these things, and hold earnings tied to them.

07Our site and brand

The Subelo name, logo, website design and text belong to us. Your music, artwork and artist name stay yours (see the agreement).

08Closing your account

You can stop using Subelo at any time. To close your account, email admin@subelodistro.com. You can delete unsubmitted draft releases yourself from your dashboard. What happens to releases that are already live is covered in the agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the agreement. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

09No guarantees

We work hard to keep Subelo running and to deliver releases correctly, but the service is provided “as is”. Stores decide whether, when and how they publish music, and we can't promise any particular result, stream count or income.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top, and for important changes we will email you before they apply.

11Governing law
